  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return and refund, the saree must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and labels intact. The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You must include the RAN in your return package, along with a copy of your original invoice.

  • Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned saree, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Exchange: If you wish to exchange your saree for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at Bombyxmorideeva@gmail.com or +91 9147010091/92. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Once we receive and inspect the returned saree, we will process the exchange and ship the new saree to you within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
